To be our client:

Our regular service rate is $75 per hour for any of our in-house services. Once you become a customer, you will also have access to our maintenance staff for emergencies that you might experience, 24 hours a day, seven days week.

If you need us to set up an outside contractor for you maintenance needs, there is a $25 fee, as well as the contractor's fee.

Why should you become our client? For peace of mind.

We will hold a set of keys for your home if you want us to. If not, we can arrange for us to be there when you want us there!

What we can do

  • Unclog your toilet
  • Fix a leaky plumbing fixture
  • Install blinds or drapes
  • Change lightbulbs that you can't reach, or don't want to.
  • Meet a delivery you can't leave work for.
  • Repair or replace locks.
  • Set up heating and cooling maintenance
  • Board up broken window/secure the unit after a break in.
  • Set up emergency heating or cooling repairs.
Need something not on the list? Call us, if we can't do it, we can refer you to one of our trusted contractors who can.

What we can't do

  • Anything involving the common areas or other units in the building, unless that unit owner is also our client.
